A pieced panel of 18th century French Silk
Most likely salvaged from what what must have been a spectacular and very expensive costume
The cream silk ground brocaded in coloured silks together with Silver metal threads, which still sparkle beautifully (cannot seem to capture this with my camera)
Gorgeous antique time worn appeal, which can only be achieved over centuries of use.
