Depicting a Maiden playing a musical instrument within a garden setting
finished with gold metallic braid and backed with jute hessian
Complete with two hanging hooks to the reverse
SIZE 31 inches x 19 inches (80cm x 48cm)
Good antique condition for age and type

PLEASE NOTE On a genuine 17th century tapestry we would of course expect to see evidence confirming its 400 years of use, such as loose missing threads, areas of general wear, perhaps areas of re weaving / restoration/ patching , lines of separation within the weaving, sometimes areas of sun fading and brittle threads. All quite normal for great age and type
