The Bizarre silk cover is from the mid 18th century, probably Venetian,
with a ground of sky blue damask brocaded with a design of stylized plant motifs, including Pomegranates using silks and gold metallic threads.

Approx 270 years old, in good antique condition with gentle signs of wear commensurate with age and use.
