A full loom width with both selvages present.
The velvet woven in silk and metal threads featuring Pomegranate motifs
Museum worthy textile. Approx 500 years old with general signs of wear commensurate with this immense age
My opinion is this textile has been protected within a frame for some time. I would re frame it.
