On a genuine 17th century tapestry we would of course expect to see evidence confirming its 350 years of use, such as loose missing threads, areas of general wear, perhaps areas of re weaving / restoration, lines of separation within the weaving, sometimes areas of sun fading and brittle threads. All quite normal for age and type
