Would have originally decorated the front and back of a Dalmatic (Religious Ceremonial Robe) T
he panel is a very rare and beautiful Work of Art, almost Four Hundred years old of course shows appropriate signs of wear commensurate with this immense age With a historic, time worn gently faded grandeur that only centuries of age can achieve
