An Amice from a set of vestments . Most complete vestments have two Amices, which were meant to be worn around the the neck by the Deacons, with their matching Dalmatics
The Armice is very rare and a beautiful Work of Art, almost Four Hundred years old of course shows appropriate signs of wear commensurate with this immense age With a historic, time worn gently faded grandeur that only centuries of age can achieve
