I work hard to provide exceptional customer care and fully guarantee the authenticity of all my items.

However my items are all Genuine Antiques and therefore will show normal expected signs of general wear commensurate with age and use (minor faults, marks and imperfections)

In the unlikely event a problem should arise please dont hesitate to contact me , I will do my utmost to work with you to help resolve it.

RETURNS POLICY FOR COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF The EU
I will accept returns for items Significantly Not as Described Only . Please contact me via email withn 48 hours of receipt of item. Upon a return being authorized , the items must be despatched for the return within 2 days. A refund will be issued upon receiving the item in the same condition as sent.. Buyer pays return postage and is responsible for insurance
International parcels being returned to the UK MUST be correctly described on the shipping form RETURN FOR A REFUND
failure to do this will result in the parcel being returned to sender for correct paperwork by UK Customs

LAYAWAY RETURNS are only accepted minus a 20% re stocking fee
All orders over £500 upon return of the item are then refunded in monthly installments as they were paid
