Entirely worked in couched floss silk on a linen ground
Dating from circa 1700
This beautiful panel is exceptionally good antique condition , I can find no imperfections
, truly amazing has obviously spent the majority of its life in a frame and away from sunlight
I can see evidence of framing (tiny tack holes along very outside edge of the lining)
