Depicting a central cartouch bearing the date 1557 flanked on either side by
a pair of embracing putti
Most likely commissioned during early 17th century to commemorate the year 1557
Good antique condition for age and type. Has at some time in the past been professionally cleaned and re lined. Velcro applied to top edge probably used as a curtain / bed canopy valance
