The opulent Dark Crimson silk velvet decorated on both sides with exquisite Silver Bullion embroidery Retains original lining hand made silver tassels
This very rare museum worthy textile is over three hundred years old is of course in an antique time worn condition commensurate with this immense age The silk velvet is in good antique condition , still strong and stable The draw string at the top is a later replacement
As can be seen in the photographs the actual silver needlework is in good condition The tiny silver spangle borders have losses revealing the paper beneath
PLEASE NOTE the tiny spangles are likely to shed a little more during shipping so open with care and re attach if required So not for those who may find this disappointing
